The commitment
Oqitor distributes technology services through partners. Selected Oqitor-branded services may be supplied through approved partners under separate service terms. Oqitor does not establish a competing direct customer-acquisition team.
Oqitor's operating commitment is not to use non-public information from a partner's registered opportunity to compete with that partner. Registration provides dated evidence for Oqitor operations to review when a conflict is raised.
Partner sales and service delivery
Approved partners may recommend Oqitor-branded or third-party services when available and suitable. Participation in the program does not give a partner access to another partner's confidential customers, submissions, or economics.
Operations reviews unidentified company-site buyer inquiries before assigning them. Identified partner inquiries stay with that partner pending verification; ambiguous cases are held for review. An unassigned inquiry is transferred only after checking available registration and customer records, recording the decision, and obtaining necessary customer consent. This is a manual review process.
What registration covers
A registration documents the specific customer account and opportunity submitted at a point in time. Oqitor uses that record, together with the available activity and ownership context, when reviewing a potential conflict.
Registration does not reserve an industry, geography, or unrelated opportunity. Any contractual protection, activity standard, duration, or expiry must be stated in a signed agreement or written addendum.
When two partners claim the same account
Oqitor operations reviews the relevant registration dates, account and opportunity details, available activity records, and any governing written terms. A registration is important evidence, but this public page does not create an automatic priority rule that overrides a signed agreement or written addendum.
Service interactions and confidentiality
Providing or supporting an Oqitor-branded service does not erase the selling partner's attribution. Order, renewal and service interactions follow the governing agreement. Wholesale costs and confidential partner economics are restricted to authorized staff.
Another partner's submissions must not be used for another partner's remarketing. These operating rules do not promise automatic account priority or imply that every review step is automated in the platform.
Escalation
If a partner believes this policy has been violated — by another partner or by Oqitor itself — the partner should escalate the account and opportunity details to Oqitor operations. Oqitor will review the records it is permitted to use and communicate the operational outcome to the affected partner.
Where the binding rules live
This page is a public operating policy, not a substitute for a signed agreement and not a guarantee of a particular dispute outcome. If a signed agreement or written addendum addresses the same subject differently, the signed document governs.
