How partner commissions are tracked and administered

The economics live in your partner agreement. The administration lives on the platform. This page explains how the platform side works, in plain language.

The structure

Partners earn a tiered share of the Gross Commissions Received by Oqitor from suppliers on their registered deals. The tier rises as the partner's registered book grows over a trailing-12-month window.

The exact rates, thresholds, and measurement definitions are your contract terms, set out in the Oqitor Partner Agreement and Commission Schedule. Those documents govern in every case, and we walk you through them before you sign. This page never overrides the agreement.

Where commissions come from

Oqitor receives commissions from suppliers through its distribution relationships, reconciles them against expected amounts line by line, and passes through the partner's tiered share. You are paid on what Oqitor actually receives. That is why the system runs on reconciliation, not estimation.

Reconciliation on the platform

Oqitor's commission workflow is designed to retain order, billing-period, rule, split, and supplier-statement context. When expected and received amounts disagree, Oqitor operations can review the difference before confirming the commission record.

Adjustments and clawbacks

Suppliers may claw back commissions after cancellations, non-payment, or order changes. Oqitor administers those changes as explicit adjustments under the applicable agreement rather than silently replacing the original amount.

Payouts

Confirmed commission lines can roll into agency payouts by period. Authorized agency users can review commission activity and issued payouts according to their role and account settings. Payment timing and eligibility are defined in the signed Partner Agreement and Commission Schedule.

Limits and dependencies

Commission amounts depend on the services sold, retained, and paid for, and on what Oqitor actually receives from suppliers. Agency-level commission visibility also depends on role and account settings. Oqitor does not promise specific earnings, approval outcomes, or supplier payment timing.
