Account and opportunity records carry ownership context. A dated registration gives the partner and Oqitor operations a shared record to use when an ownership question is raised.
Potential conflicts are reviewed against records
When a potential conflict is identified, Oqitor operations reviews the relevant account, opportunity, ownership, and registration records. Registration creates evidence for that review; it is not a promise that every possible conflict will be detected automatically.
Available history supports review
Where the platform records ownership or activity changes, that history can support an operations review. Partners should still raise suspected conflicts promptly and provide the affected account and opportunity details.
Registration preserves operating context
The registered opportunity provides context for quote requests, orders, and commission administration. Commission rights and payment terms remain governed by the signed agreement and applicable commission schedule.
What partners should do
- Register opportunities when they become real so a dated record exists.
- Keep account and opportunity information current while the work is active.
- Escalate suspected conflicts to Oqitor operations early, with the account named.
