Why Oqitor uses them

Oqitor uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, keep partner-platform sessions secure, remember basic preferences, support form and workflow functionality, understand website reliability, protect against abuse, and maintain business records connected to platform activity.

Essential operation: routing, security, session handling, load balancing, and error prevention.
Platform authentication: maintaining a secure user session for approved platform users.
Preferences: remembering basic choices such as cookie settings or interface preferences.
Form and workflow continuity: preserving state where needed so a form or platform workflow can work correctly.
Analytics and diagnostics: measuring aggregate usage, reliability, and performance when enabled.

Essential technologies

Essential cookies and storage are required for the website and partner platform to function. These may include authentication tokens, security/session identifiers, CSRF or abuse-prevention state, and records of cookie preferences.

Blocking essential technologies may prevent forms, account sessions, security controls, or platform workflows from working correctly.

Platform cookies

Approved partner-platform users may receive authentication and session cookies from Oqitor's platform infrastructure. These technologies help identify the signed-in account, enforce permissions, maintain security, and support auditability.

Platform cookies are not used to create public marketing claims or public supplier representations.

Analytics and performance

The public website uses Google Tag Manager to administer Google Analytics measurement. Analytics storage is denied by default until a visitor allows optional analytics through the site's cookie control. Advertising storage remains disabled through that control.

Oqitor uses analytics for aggregate website reliability, page usage, and product or operational improvement rather than selling personal information. Visitors can reopen Cookie settings and change the optional analytics choice.

Advertising cookies

Oqitor does not use advertising cookies on the public website by default. If advertising, retargeting, or similar marketing technologies are added later, this policy and cookie controls will be updated before those technologies are used.

Third-party technologies

Some technologies may be provided by service providers that support hosting, database, email, security, analytics, or platform operations. Those providers process information for Oqitor under their own service terms and privacy commitments.

Use the Cookie settings control on the public website to allow or decline optional analytics without disabling essential technologies.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to those signals, so Oqitor does not currently respond to them differently from other browser signals.

Changes

Oqitor may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, controls, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are posted.
